Wellness Blend

- Place 1-2 tablespoons of mixed tea leaves into a teapot or infuser.
- Add freshly boiled natural water, allow to steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain, sweeten with honey (optional) and enjoy.
Contents: Tri-blend of Fever Grass (Lemon Grass), Santa Maria and Christmas Bush (Bay Leaf).
Benefits: Natural remedy to relieve cold and flu symptoms, fever, exhaustion and other ailments.
Soursop Leaf Tea

- Place 1-2 tablespoons of leaves into a saucepan of boiling water.
- Lower heat, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, allow tea
to steep for up to 15 minutes. - Strain, sweeten with honey (optional) and enjoy.
Contents: Dried Whole Soursop Leaves.
Benefits: Soursop is a powerful leaf which can benefit skincare, boost system, improve circulation, gently assist with insomnia and restlessness. Some research claims that soursop has an active ingredient that is 1,000 times stronger than chemotherapy in fighting cancer cells.
Afternoon Tea Bliss

- Place 1-2 tablespoons of mixed into a teapot or infuser.
- Add freshly boiled natural water, allow to steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain, sweeten with honey (optional) and enjoy.
Contents: Lemon Grass, Caribbean Sorrel, Bay Leaf, Santa Maria (Lippia Alba), Orange Peel and Cinnamon Bark.
Benefits: A refreshing tea with healing properties for colds, flu, fever and exhaustion.
Ayurvedic Tumeric Ginger

- Place 1-2 tablespoons of tumeric blend into a teapot or saucepan.
- Add freshly boiled natural water, allow to steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain, sweeten with honey (optional) and enjoy.
Contents: Dried Tumeric, Ginger, Lemon Peel, Bay Leaf and White Pepper.
Benefits: It possess anti-inflammatory benefits, great for diabetes management as it acts positively to high blood sugar levels, relieves nausea, diarrhoea, respitory conditions, colds, flu and congestion.
Island Girl

Contents: A multi-blend of Fever Grass (Lemon Grass), Santa Maria, Christmas Bush (Bay leaf), Hibiscus Flowers and Noo-Noo Balsam.

Lemon Grass (Fever Grass)

- Place 1-2 tablespoons of mixed tea leaves into a teapot or infuser.
- Add freshly boiled natural water, allow to steep for 5-7 minutes.

Tumeric Coconut Latte

- Place 1-2 tablespoons of tumeric blend in a saucepan of boiling milk (animal or plant based).
- Reduce heat, stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Sweeten with honey.
- Aerator or frother can be used to froth.
Contents: Dried Tumeric, Ginger, Coconut Flakes and Bay Leaf.
